There is a rich history and a wonderful museum in the heart of Pine. It is open most days and has a wealth of information on the beginnings of the Pine and Strawberry Area.  Pine-Strawberry Historical Society

The Natural Bridge, which is an Arizona State Park and the largest natural travertine bridge in the country, is very close and a beautiful place for a hike or a picnic. Arizona State Parks

We are blessed to have a Library in Pine that has many books, DVD's and historical Information.  They also have computers for the public and a genealogical link for research.

The Hash knife Pony Express makes its ride every January traveling 200 miles from Holbrook to Scottsdale, Arizona, and delivering 20,000 first-class letters by horseback. It travels right through Pine stopping at the Post Office to collect letters for the ride. Hash knife Pony Express

The Pine-Strawberry Elementary School provides for the students in the community through the eighth grade. Pine-Strawberry Elementary School

The Pine-Strawberry Fire Department has a fuel reduction program to assist the land/home owner to remove the cuttings keeping their property safer.  There is also a barrier around the communities to help us to live safer in the forest.  Pine/Strawberry Fire Department

There is an active Chamber of Commerce that serves the entire Rim Country drawing people to the area.  Rim Country Chamber
